Candidate will be responsible for winning new Navy business
within the Navy Enterprise market.

Candidate responsibilities include application of full
life-cycle business development methodologies and tools,
including opportunity identification, qualification,
positioning, bidding, competitive analysis, and related
activities.

Candidate must understand the Navy marketplace (customer
needs, preferences, policies, and operational concepts).

Candidate must be able to relate Harris IT capabilities and
services to the Navy enterprise market.

Candidate must be able to advise the account at a strategic
level on tactical-level execution of opportunity-specific
capture.

Candidate will be accountable for new business results in
winning new Navy business.

Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining
client/potential client and industry partner relationships,
and identifying and pursuing multiple marketing
opportunities.

Candidate must demonstrate high energy, integrity and
intelligence.

Candidate will supply sound business judgment, innovation in
approaching business challenges and the ability to translate
a strategic plan into operating results.

May plan and direct BD/Capture activities to achieve contract
win success.
